2. General provisions

This Policy defines how the Operator (ООО «ИНТЕРА ГАММА») processes and protects website users’ personal data and informs users about such processing. Where consent is required, it is requested separately through an explicit action by the user.

3. What data is processed

The Operator processes data that the user provides voluntarily:

• name;
• contact details (phone and/or email);
• the content of the message in the feedback form;
• technical data (cookies, visit data) — for website operation and analytics.

4. Purposes of processing

• processing user requests and enquiries;
• feedback and providing information about services;
• improving the website.

5. Legal grounds

Consent of the personal data subject to processing (Art. 6 of 152-FZ), as well as performance of a contract to which the subject is a party, or the Operator’s legitimate interests.

6. Processing conditions, storage and localisation

Personal data is processed using automation tools. Серверы расположены на территории Российской Федерации, in accordance with Part 5 of Art. 18 of 152-FZ. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access.

Personal data retention period: до достижения целей обработки или до отзыва согласия субъектом персональных данных, если иной срок не предусмотрен законодательством РФ.

7. Processing by third parties and cross-border transfers

For the purposes of processing, personal data may be transferred to the following processors subject to confidentiality and data-security requirements. The Operator does not sell personal data:

• ООО «Яндекс» (Yandex) — почтовый сервис для приёма и обработки заявок;
• Telegram Messenger Inc. — доставка уведомлений о новых заявках в необходимом объёме; возможна трансграничная передача;

The services may require cross-border transfers, including when cloud artificial-intelligence services and messengers are used. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of protection may differ from that provided in the Russian Federation, including countries that do not provide adequate protection. Such transfers are carried out in compliance with Russian personal-data law, including with the data subject’s consent where required.

8. Consent, its recording and withdrawal

Consent is given by the user explicitly — by ticking the box in the form. The fact of consent is recorded by the Operator (date and time, consent text version, IP address and checksum) to confirm its receipt.

The user may withdraw consent at any time and demand the cessation of processing and deletion of their data by sending a request to tech.interagamma@mail.ru. After withdrawal, the data is deleted unless there are other lawful grounds for storage.

9. Rights of the personal data subject

The user has the right to obtain information about the processing of their data, demand its clarification, blocking or destruction, and withdraw consent by sending a request to tech.interagamma@mail.ru.

10. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website uses necessary cookies for correct operation and for remembering the user’s selection. With separate consent, Yandex Metrica analytics cookies and VK Pixel advertising cookies may be enabled. Optional services are not loaded before the relevant permission is granted. The selection is stored for 180 days and can be changed or withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer or through the browser settings.
